OUR LABORATORIES
Our laboratories are well-stocked with modern scientific apparatus, models, and charts as per the NCERT syllabus. Students strengthen their understanding by applying theory through experiments and practical work, conducted under the guidance of trained teachers and lab assistants. The Physics, Chemistry, and Biology labs are spacious, well-ventilated, and remain active throughout the year, nurturing young scientists and encouraging participation in national-level science competitions.
PHYSICS LAB
The spacious laboratory can comfortably accommodate a batch of 30 students at a time. It is well-ventilated, well-maintained, and equipped with appropriate platforms, furniture, and apparatus. Students explore concepts of optics, electronics, and magnetism using instruments such as sonometers, potentiometers, galvanometers, ammeters, and voltmeters, helping them build strong conceptual understanding for future professional studies.
BIOLOGY LAB
The Biology Lab is well-maintained and equipped with essential apparatus such as beakers, funnels, and measuring cylinders. It features a wide range of charts, models, permanent slides, and microscopes, including compound and dissecting microscopes. Practical experiments conducted in the lab help students visualise biological concepts clearly and build a strong foundation for future studies.
CHEMISTRY LAB
The 41×21 sq. m Chemistry Lab is well-ventilated with ample exhaust fans to ensure a safe working environment during practical sessions. Students are trained in laboratory safety rules, which are clearly displayed, and a separate storeroom is provided for the safe storage of hazardous chemicals. Fire extinguishers are easily accessible at all times.
In the lab, students learn to prepare solutions and study organic and inorganic compounds through volumetric and qualitative analysis. They are trained to use essential instruments such as digital and chemical balances, Kipp’s apparatus, Bunsen burners, burettes, and pipettes, all available in sufficient numbers.
